Warranty Policy

Saltra Batteries LLC provides a limited warranty on applicable products against manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage varies by product category:

• Sodium-ion cells – 6 months from date of purchase
• PDUs – 1 year limited warranty
• DIN rail components – 1 year limited warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation
• Misuse or modification
• Unauthorized repair
• Damage caused by external factors
